Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Delivering your Order

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Your order will be grouped into as few deliveries as possible.

The delivery address must be in the UK and have a valid postcode. We do not deliver to Eire, the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for all products are displayed on the product information page. This will tell you if we have the item in stock, or when we expect to dispatch order should we be waiting for the item to be restocked.

In Stock Products

If all the products are in stock at the time of your order, your order will be dispatched the same working day if placed before 11 a.m., or the next working day for orders placed after 11 a.m.

For orders placed at weekends or during Bank Holidays your order will be dispatched during the first available working day.

Other Items

Delayed Products

Occasionally, your ordered item may go out of stock for an expended period, this is normally if the product is being reprinted, or our distributors are waiting for a shipment from the respective games company.

Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as possible of any delay to your order. You will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund, or continue to wait and we will dispatch the item as soon as it is available.

Items ordered as pre-orders will be dispatched on the day the arrive to us, or the following day if our order. You will be charged for your order at the time the order is placed.

Occasionally products are exceptionally popular and we may not receive our full allotment of a particular product. If this occurs orders will be dispatched on a first come first served basis. If returning a product under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you are responsible for any delivery charges when sending the product back to us. We recommend that you use a Signed For service and ensure that the product cost is covered by adequate insurance.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Refunds on returned products will normally be made within three working days of receipt of your returned product.
